While I could go on a rant about Spud Webb and how amazing he was as a high flyer, I think you should take a look at the man who broke the height barrier record, Porter Maberry. Maberry stands an imposing 5'5", and in the following video courtesy of Ballislife.com you can see just how impressive his vertical truly is.
To be that small and have the ability to jump that high is incredible. This guy won't ever play in the NBA, but if I was David Stern and the folks behind the leagues slam dunk contest, I'd be calling Maberry to make a special appearence in 2013.
